The survey took place online between October 16 and December 1, 2023. It is based on 29,000 relevant recommendations from lawyers (peer-to-peer survey) and customers in 31 legal fields. A total of 6,201 lawyers and clients took part in the survey. The sample was collected mainly via the Swiss Bar Association (FSA), company websites, publications and searches on job networks such as Xing and LinkedIn.
