Penalex Avocats participated in the training of 10 Qatari judges in artificial intelligence, criminal law and human rights
Ludovic Tirelli spoke on behalf of Penalex Avocats at the Specialization Training Seminar ” Artificial intelligence, criminal justice and human rights jointly organized by the Syracuse International Institute for Criminal Justice and Human Rights(Siracusa Institute), UNESCO and the Supreme Council of the Judiciary of Qatar.
The training seminar was attended by 10 Qatari judges specializing in criminal law and was conducted in English, with simultaneous translation into Arabic. From a methodological point of view, the course was articulated in a series of plenary sessions, dealing with specific topics related to criminal issues related to artificial intelligence. A combination of theoretical and practical skills was developed during the activities.
During the sessions 3, 4 and 5, Mr. Tirelli dealt with the following topics

- Session 4 ” Applying AI in Financial Investigations ” ;
- Session 5 ” Agency, Responsibility & Criminal Liability “
