Interpol’s constitution states, among other things, that: “Any activity or intervention in matters or affairs of a political, military, religious or racial character is strictly forbidden to the Organization.
It is therefore possible to apply to the Commission for the Control of Interpol’s Files to request the deletion of data (including a red notice) which is contrary to Interpol’s Constitution.
