Yes, under Swiss law, if the photographs or video recordings were taken without your consent and fall within your private sphere, the offence of Violation of the secret or private domain by means of a camera could be realized.
This is an offence punishable by up to three years’ imprisonment.
It is also punishable whoever transmits such images to third parties or whoever keeps them or makes them accessible while knowing how they were obtained.
