Such behavior is not in itself criminally reprehensible. This is unless the filmed behaviour is subsequently broadcast and makes you look despicable, in which case it would be an offence against honour as defined in articles 173 to 178 of the Swiss Penal Code, for which you can file a complaint.

In addition, depending on where you were when you were filmed, this behaviour could also be an offence against secrecy under Article 179quater of the Swiss Penal Code. This offence is also prosecuted on complaint only.

Finally, beyond the criminal law, the fact of filming someone without their knowledge is likely to fall under articles 28 and following of the Swiss Civil Code protecting the rights of the personality.
