The founders of Penalex Avocats SA are certified by the Swiss Bar Association as specialist lawyers in criminal law. Our firm can rely on the specialized skills and recognized experience of three lawyers specializing in criminal law. They are members of ARPEN, the association of criminal law specialists in French-speaking Switzerland. Mr. Ludovic Tirelli is also a member of the Swiss Competence Center for Criminal Defense (Schweizerisches Kompetenzzentrum for Strafverteidigung) and of the network of Swiss lawyers specializing in criminal law strafverteidiger.ch.
