autoris\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Selon ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, il est n\u00e9cessaire de rappeler que l\u2019amende, la peine p\u00e9cuniaire ou encore la peine privative de libert\u00e9 sont des sanctions p\u00e9nales. On the other hand, it can be possible to dispute the reliability of the measurement carried out by the radar or the fact that it was parameterized in a correct way. It may also be possible to argue that the driver had neither the knowledge nor the intent to speed and that the speeding was due to a failure of the vehicle, or a lack of signage regarding the speed limit.<\/p>\n<div class=\"container section-title-container\" ><h3 class=\"section-title section-title-normal\"><b aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/b><span class=\"section-title-main\" >Are speeding tickets recorded in the criminal record?<\/span><b aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/b><\/h3><\/div>\n\n<p>Only speeding offences for which the law provides for a fine or a custodial sentence are entered in the criminal record.
